Welcome to Voice Venture AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Voice Venture AI governing your access to and use of our AI-native workstation, automated agents, and documentation services.

By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school district or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Voice Venture Property: All right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including but not limited to its software architecture, "Omni-Input" logic, proprietary AI agents, prompt structures, visual interfaces, and AI-generated workflow methodologies, are and will remain the exclusive property of Voice Venture AI.

Non-Scraping Clause: You are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, software, or bots to extract data or content from the platform ("scraping"). Furthermore, you may not use outputs from the platform to train or fine-tune competing AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or machine learning algorithms.

Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the platform is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback as we see fit without any obligation to you.

User shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or reverse-assemble the platform or its underlying AI components.
• Attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or proprietary prompt engineering structures of the AI Co-Workers.
• Bypass or circumvent any access controls or security measures implemented within the workstation.
• Access the platform to build a similar or competitive service.

Voice Venture AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

Work Product: Users are explicitly permitted to download, reproduce, and distribute PDF reports and documentation generated by the platform (e.g., service logs, IEP drafts) for official educational and compliance purposes. However, you may not copy or redistribute the platform's core functional components or templates.

Human-in-the-Loop: All AI-generated content (the "Output") is provided as a suggestion and should be treated as a draft. Users must maintain a "human-in-the-loop" workflow wherein a qualified SPED professional reviews, corrects, and approves all Output before finalizeation.

AI Force Majeure: Voice Venture AI utilizes third-party LLMs (such as Google Gemini). We are not liable for outages, performance degradation, or "hallucinations" caused by these underlying models. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free at all times.

Educational Outcomes: Voice Venture AI is a tool to support professionals; we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or legal compliance results as a result of using the platform.

Professional users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal consent from parents or guardians before initiating automated communication threads through our platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE VENTURE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
